Do you provide initial consultations? Is there a charge? - Yes we do provide consultations for all of our services. There is never a fee for any consultation.
Are your stylists experienced? - The majority of our stylists have many years of experience. Even our newest stylists have undergone intensive in salon training by our most experienced stylists in addition to their schooling and other experiences.
- All of our stylists are licensed by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology.
Do you sell gift certificates? - Yes, we sell gift certificates for dollar amounts. We also sell gift certificates for the amounts of the packages we have. ANY gift certificate can be used for the dollar amount it was purchased for, even if designated for package usage.

About our Spa? Are your spa employees licensed? - Yes, our Massotherapists are licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board LMT.
Are your Spa Massotherapists male or female? - All of our Massotherapists are female.
How do you sanitize your equipment? - After each use our equipment on a guest, we sanitize our equipment in a cleaning solution called Cavicide. This product is a professional use only solution that is an, antibacterial solution, virucidal, and a fungicidal.
How long will my service(s) take? - The times for our spa services are listed with the descriptions on the website. You may also find this out by asking the front desk manager that schedules your appointment.
May I take a tour of your facility? - Yes! Please stop in any time, whether it is during a scheduled service or not to take a tour of our entire Spa and Salon.
